For Pilot Travel Center: Feel bad the last guy had a bad experience but we found just the opposite. We’re pulling a 2017 TT and are very picky where we stay I was very hesitant to stay because of last review but weather got bad and hubby was very uneasy after a scary shoulder slide. There was plenty of room to maneuver around and there were plenty of pull thru parking spots. The restrooms were very clean and the service was friendly. Maybe they took to heart the last guys review but we would definitely stop there again.

For Pilot Travel Center: I do not very often write reviews that I felt it was my duty to write this. This has got to be one of the worst pilots I have ever been in in my 40 year career. Today's date January 14 on a Sunday the time is 5:30 PM central. Let's start with the fuel island not one grain of salt was applied to this parking lot. The fuel islands or saturated in spilled diesel fuel making it oil on top of ice extremely slippery. Not one island had a squeegee to do the windows. Considering all the water buckets were full of trash and in typical truckstop fashion not only the Urine bottles but the human feces bag. The stench was atrocious. Inside I would not even allow my dog to use the bathroom let alone touch anything in that store I found an extreme amount of dust in the food prep area. It look like it was left over from last week. Personally I feel pilot and flying J have really went downhill in the last couple of years. I would not even stop at one I would prefer the TA or petro but I am forced by my company to go to these un acceptable truck stops. Because they offer the cheapest fuel sometimes cheaper isn't always better and certainly not for a driver. Thank goodness I have a bathroom in my sleeper and kitchen. And do not require much from a truckstop other than fuel. I refuse to buy fuel or anything at this place due to lack of maintenance. This place should be condemned and shut down.

For Pilot Travel Center: Very disappointed in access for RVs and campers. Sign sends RVS to regular pumps but not a single pump had diesel. Also supposed to have an RV dump but did not see one. Had to then circle around to the truck diesel lanes which were extremely busy. Had to go next door to a smaller station but got in and out of that one quickly.
