Pilot Travel Center

Spend thousands of dollars and pump cut out 49 gallons , one gallon short for a shower and spoke with the manager and she told me she wouldn’t help me out. From previous reviews I see that showers aren’t even hot here so there loss on me purchasing fuel here ever again and to top it off half the pins didn’t work was having to jump around just to find one that would operate correctly. Bad business

This is an old Pilot and it shows. Went in for a shower water was slightly warmer than room temp and got colder and colder. Came out after shower and there were signs freshly posted "No hot water". Thanks! Only thing colder than the shower here is the food at the Wendy's inside the truck stop. Bunch of high school kids behind the counter playing so I left without ordering(yes I've stopped here before so I knew better than to eat here again). This is one of the last stops before you get into Houston that has any parking as long as you get here before 6pm. Barbecue place (expensive for what you get but better than Wendy's) and Subway a few hundred yards away. Worth the walk. Guess I'll have to make this a fuel stop only.
