For Pilot Travel Center: Too much construction at this exit with no signage for the Pilot! Had to backtrack 3 miles to get back on the highway. Avoid this exit.

For Pilot Travel Center: Worst ever! Filthy place, mean and hateful attitudes from staff. We decided to try Pilot again, since we would supposedly be able to activate pumps through their app and achieve social distancing. It didn't work, and not only did the employee laugh when I mentioned it, she then became hateful and mean when my darling went in to present the card in person. So now we are sitting at the rest stop down the road, because our CC company notified us they tried to charge $500 for $100 worth of fuel. We are trying to calm down, and just now wondered if we could have called in to say we are disabled and need help at the pump. Honey said they'd just spill fuel all over the motorhome, and I replied then just walk out and clean it up after they leave. Social distance achieved! LOL

For Pilot Travel Center: Dirtiest by far of all pilot stations I’ve been in. Restrooms where nasty and overflowing with stool.
