This TA has signs directing RVs to their RV dump station, which does exist, and signs pointing to their RV propane tank, which also does exist. When you walk across their lot, go inside, wait in line and finally get in front of a cashier, you’re told their dump station is out of service and they no longer have propane service. They are helpful in directing you elsewhere (KOA), and I’m not down on the people behind the counter here, who no doubt have to deal with this issue on a daily basis, but it pisses me off thatTA advertises and keeps signs up for services they do not provide. They could easily change/remove the signs & update their app, but they don’t because they still want RVs to come off I-10 and buy fuel and buy store merchandise. Screw you, TA. That said, they do have good RV fuel lanes and parking spots.

RV dump was closed. No explanation was given but they directed us to the KOA across the street where the dump was $15 and water fill was $10.

Easy access for truck and fifth wheel. Stopped to dump and fill with water but dump station was closed due to tank being full, we were able to fill with water though.

Quick fuel stop. Pros - amazingly convenient to interstate. Cons - signage directing to truck fuel lanes was poorly lit. Very hard to see. Had a hard time finding where to go. Very potholed in the fuel lanes. Extra challenging for RV towing trailer.

Easy place to crash for night. We appreciate signage to RV parking area. Usual Truck noise but we find it comforting:). Means others are around. Thanks for providing a safe place to catch some zzzzz’s

Great customer service, very helpful showing me where parking is permitted overnight. Would give 5 stars if designated RV parking. Might be difficult for big rig without blocking parking areas, but my 22ft Airstream was a nonissue. Found level spot. Night was quiet, transfer trucks park in rear. Large RV rigs can pay to park with them if needed. Convenient and easily accessible dump station for $10 fee.
