For BlocStop Travel Center: I am a truck driver and my wife travels with me. We stopped at Bloc Stop Travel Center to try them out, we usually stop at Pilot. We paid for two showers however they would not let us use the same shower. My wife has health issues and has seizures, so she feels safer if I am with her. They refused to accommodate even after speaking to the manager on duty and he called the store manager who also refused. We showed them proof of her medical issue and still the refused. We didn't want a free shower. We didn't mind paying for two showers, she just needed me to be there with her.Simple request that has never ever been an issue elsewhere.
