Shuttle Truck Stop

Easy access and plenty of pull-throughs. Easy access to the pumps and no lines. Parking lot ws much noisier than usual. The restarant/bar is great: good food, excellent service, TVs and pool tables and juke box - but not so loud you can’t have a conversation at your table. They were out of a couple of our favourtie items, but knowing how to properly cook steaks and shrimp makes up for a lot. Lots of dining booths. Our only complaint was that - after 4 hrs - we went back out to our rig and someone knocked to tell us we had to move. There were no cones or markers like previous times to indicate reserved spots. The store - which used to be a great place full of ecletic fare - had only about half the selection from last year. Extra star for the great staff in the store and restaurant.

Large truck lot with plenty of room for big RV + toad…take a ticket as you pull in and spend $25 at the store or restaurant for free parking. Some spots are not quite level, but it’s safe and clean and well-lit. Small sandy area for dogs. The restaurant/bar has good food, juke box, pool tables and plenty of TVs to watch. Good friendly service. The store is clean and friendly and has coffee, pizza and other fare, as well as a large selection of grocery items from around the world and a pretty eclectic choice of gifts, in addition to the usual trucker items. Stayed on the way East becasue Loves was full, and on the way West because he TA is great place to sleep, stock up, and have a decent meal. Easy to meanuever and easy fueling. Other travelers were friendly - a safe and enjoyable environment.

Good as far as truck stops go. Not super level. Probably 10+ RV's in the lot this evening. We have stayed here several nights while bouncing around central Florida, the lot is never more than half full, and plenty of out of the way spaces to get away from semis.

This was just a S&S fuel stop but now is a full franchised TA. They have a full service independent restaurant, full services, clean excellent showers and 100 truck parking.
