Getting there
From Goldbridge drive east on Highway 40 for about 15 minutes. About 5 minutes past Gun Lake Recreation Site you will come to Tyax Junction. Turn left on Tyaughton Lake Road for 2 km, past Mowson Pond recreation site. Continue for 6 kms. Watch for the Friburg Recreation Site sign on your right. A short access road will take you to the main camping areas
