Getting there
From Lillooet, travel north on the west side of the Fraser River along the Bridge River Road until the intersection between the Yalakom River Forest Service Road and the Carpenter Lake Road. Staying straight ahead will lead you onto the Carpenter Lake Road. At the Mission Dam turn left onto Shalath Road and cross over the dam. The site is just past a short tunnel at the end of the lake.
