Modoc NF, On Highway 139, head north past bug station for approx. 4.5 miles, then turn left on Co. Rd. 97. Go approx. 18.5 more mi to Forest Service Road 44N75 and turn right, then go 1 mile to Forest Service Road 44N38 and go 0.5 more miles. Turn right and follow signs to Headquarters Campground.
