Getting there
These directions will help you avoid traveling up a 2 1/2 miles gravel (washboard at times) road past a dairy farm. I-10 Exit 85 and follow for half mile to Hwy 549. Turn left onto 549 and follow for 1.6 miles to Hwy 377. Turn left onto 377 and follow for 6.6 miles to the end. Turn left at the stop sign and follow the signs half mile to the gate. Please call when 3 miles on 377. (Please DO NOT go over the bridge, there is not a good turn around and if you are a motorhome pulling a tow vehicle you will have to unhook to turn around) and there are mesquite bushes that are very capable of giving even the most robust tire a flat.
