Ely Ranger District, Drive five mi north of McGill on US 93. Turn on State road 486 (watch for signs saying Duck Creek). Drive 6 mi east on this paved road. Turn at the Bird Creek Picnic Area, Forest road 426, and drive two-and-a-half mi east on the dirt road.
