Getting there
NYS Thruway N Ex 19, go for Rte 28 and Rte 209. Follow signs for Kingston Rhinecliff Bridge take bridge across Hudson. Turn R onto Rte 9G. Then make a R onto Rte 9 S. Turn L onto Route 308/W Market St. Go on 308 for 5.5 mi and it becomes 199. Go another 5 mi on 199 to the park.
