Eagle Creek Overlook is located 41 miles east of Portland. From I-84 eastbound take exit #41; at the end of the off ramp turn left at the stop sign. Follow the paved road under the freeway to the parking area. Approaching from the east on I-84, there is no westbound exit. Take the Bonneville Dam exit #40, turn left at the stop sign and then turn left onto the eastbound freeway entrance. Take I-84 eastbound to exit #41 and follow directions above.
