Umpqua NF, Located 74 mi east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn north onto Road 60, the Windigo Pass Road. Proceed 4.5 mi and turn right onto Road 6000-958, the Kelsay Valley Road. The campground is at the. end of the road 1.5 miles.
