From Harrisonburg, VA: Travel south on State Route 42 for 9.2 miles, passing through the town of Bridgewater. Just south of Bridgewater, turn right onto State Route 747. Travel 7.3 mi to intersection with State Route 730. Turn left and follow Rt. 730 for 6.2 miles. Then turn right onto State Route 718 for 1.0 miles. Then turn left onto FDR 95 and travel 3.1 mi to Todd Lake Recreation Area. Trimble Mountain Trail is located across the road near the entrance to the campground.
