From Seattle, Wash., go north on I-5 to Mt. Vernon. Take exit 230 on State Highway 20, North Cascades Highway. Go past Sedro Woolley, Wash., for approximately 18 miles to the east and take Baker Lake Road to Baker Lake. Swift Creek Campground is about half-way up the lake just past milepost 20 on the Baker Lake road. Entrance to campground is on the right-hand side of the road.
