Getting there
Okanogan NF, From Twisp drive west on Twisp River Road (county road 9114 ) for about 10 miles, turn left onto Forest Service Road 43, crossing Buttermilk Bridge across Twisp River, stay to the left and follow the 43 road for about 8 miles, turn left into campground on the north end of the lake. Note: This is the best route to the campground from Twisp River Road (County Road #9114), as the Poorman Creek route is very, very narrow, and not recommended for trailers.
