Getting there
From Jct of I-84 & Exit 64, N 1 mi across bridge to SR-14, go E 0.1 mi. Park entrance is 500ft east from the bridge intersection on the river side of the highway. Please Note: The Hood River Bridge is narrow. Big rigs might consider alternatives: In WA, stay on the WA side of the river and on Hwy 14. There are Low Clearance warnings but they are for shoulders. Lanes should be fine. In OR, cross the Columbia River when you can and take Hwy 14 to the park. Recommended crossings at Cascade Locks Exit 44 or The Dalles Exit 87.
