Getting there
From the west, east, or south: Follow SR 136 to Mason CR 2800E and turn N. Go about 6 mi, through Forest City. Road curves and becomes Mason CR 2300N and right into the forest. From the north, follow SR 29 S out of Pekin to the Manito Road, turn W and go 20 mi to Manito. In town, watch for Mason CR 2500N then again turn W. Go about 6 mi and you are in forest.
