Go to this map point or beyond to be 0.5 mi from byway. High clearance is recommended. From Rockville and Hwy 9, turn S onto Bridge Road 200 E, go 0.3 mi across a bridge and turn W onto Grafton Road/250 S and go about 1.3 mi. Turn S onto the Backcountry Byway and go 3.7 mi to road on right.Follow that for about a mile or less until you see a big brown BLM sign on your left. Thats the Smithsonian Butte National Backcountry Byway
