Vehicle access to the campsite is best gained via the Westwater Exit on Interstate 70 (Exit #225). 4WD required. Take the south Westwater Exit on Interstate 70. Go left on the second dirt road after the exit and proceed south for about 2 miles. Bitter Creek is located along the Kokopelli Trail.
