Getting there
From Reedsport OR, travel 2 mi south to Winchester Bay. Turn west on Salmon Harbor Drive. Proceed 4 miles to the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area. Access east either at boundary, 2nd Beach Parking Sand Access, or 3rd Beach Parking Sand Access. Access to these sites is only available by 4x4 vehicles on soft sand routes.
