Campground Directions:
From Walden, go 14 mi SW on Highway 14 to CR 28, then 1 mi S to CR 11, then 3 mi S to CR 11A, then 0.50 mi S. Or, from the town of Rand at the south end of the valley, go 4 mi N on Highway 125 to County Road 28, then 10 mi W to County Road 11, and then S 3.1 mi to County Road 11A, then 0.50 mi to the lake.
Campground Details:
Year-round, All ages, Tents, 8365 ft elev, boats, dispersed, As of July 2020, each person aged 18+ must hold a valid Colorado fishing or hunting license in order to enter any State Wildlife Area (SWA). There are annual, one-day, and five-day fishing licenses for sale (get in advance as they are probably not at the SWA site itself. (C)
