South Republican (Bonny Reservoir) SWA - Hale Ponds

From Burlington, go 21 mi N on US Highway 385 to County Road 2 on the south side of the South Republican River. Turn E (right) on road to reach the reservoir. Turn W (left) on County Road 3 to reach additional river-bottom hunting areas. To reach Hale Ponds, from the south end of the dam go 2 mi E on County Road 3.5 to Road LL, then 0.50 mi N to Road 4, and then 4.5 mi E to the access road.
