From Republic, WA: Take highway 21 north approximately 12 miles to county road 546 (Lambert Creek). Follow Lambert Creek road approximately 6.5 miles to Lambert Horse Camp Campground, which will be on your right. Just past Lambert Horse Camp Campground on your left you will find this trailhead.
