From I-40, take Exit 35 and go south on Hwy 23. At the light on Hwy 64, turn left and go east. Turn right at the next night onto Hwy 23 South, over the river bridge. Then go one mile from the bridge and turn left onto Sunny Ridge Rd. The park entrance will be the first driveway on the left.
