We are independent of hotels, on your side and want you to have the best experience possible while traveling. We built this site with passion for travelers like you and ourselves, not for stockholders or corporations. We do not make decisions based only on the bottom line like the other big travel sites. We won't say we are not for profit but profit is secondary to the best information and travel experience we can help provide. That is why we give so much away.

Need to add a place?

The bottom of most every page has Add A Place links. Listings are free. Just fill out the information as much as you can. Apps also have Add Place links off the MORE button but it is easier on the website.

Hotel Customers, Please Read:

First check the email you recieved with the reservation. Because we deal with hotels direct, many bookings on our site are with the hotel directly and we are totally out of the loop on those. If you went direct, we make no commission and have no record of your reservation. Only the hotel does.

If you have a AllStays reservation, hotel or billing issue, please click here  for that purpose. This is more direct, save steps, and solves your issue much faster.

You can also call 1-866-540-4739. Phone customer service is provided by Travelocity. Because we can't control their quality issues, we'd like to hear if you have a negative experience, long wait times, rude operators or have a difficult time understanding them. Please get the name of the Travelocity operator you are speaking with and Email us.
