July 2022: My friend just showed me a sign that said No camping or overnight parking permitted due to district of Squamish bylaws. Vehicles will be towed at owners expense. The sign was right at the the door of the Walmart. Will need to find new plans in september. Oct 2020: Car. We had no issue sleeping in the car. No knock on the door. All good. There were a dozen of RVs and other cars staying for the night. Theres a further section, most of RVs and sleeping cars. Aug 2020: Stayed with no concerns whatsoever. 6 RVs in the lot.
