For Tom Sawyers RV Park: Park is nice, beautiful views of Mississippi River in most spots. Easy check in, huge pull through spots and free laundry. Note: follow directions when they email you confirmation, do NOT rely on your GPS! Also, be forewarned, roads are very dusty and your rig will get dirty coming in and going out. We would definitely stay here again.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: Very friendly staff, great view of the river even when not in the most “prime†row of sites. The area driving in from the west looked industrial and a little sketchy but the park itself was secluded and very quiet. Free laundry though we didn’t check it out. No trees but the lots were level 👠Easy access to I-40 for day trips into the city.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: This isn't a fancy park with lots of amenities, but the sites are spacious level concrete pads, the people are eager to please, and the location is amazing. We were parked no more than 50 feet from the mighty Mississippi, and enjoyed watching the many barges navigate the river, some only about 50 yards from shore. Be aware that the motors on the barges can be loud, but we found that minor problem well worth the experience.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: This is a great little park. The sites are long and level with a concrete pad and a grass area. Easy drive into downtown without having to be in town.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: This is a great RV park. Right along the Mississippi River across from Memphis. 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. The sites are large wide and level. The scenery is excellent, it is quite and peaceful. I would highly recommend this park if you are going to be around Memphis. You best make reservations as they do fill up most everyday.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: We found this place by using the Allstays app. So glad we did. It was hard to make a same day reservation, so I would recommend calling a few weeks ahead as they sell out everyday it seems. I understand why. Such a peaceful serene place. Right on the Mississippi. No site has a bad view. We parked on gravel site and it was perfect. Easy in and easy out access. We have a 38ft with a tow vehicle and it was easily navigated off I40. Highly recommend.

For Tom Sawyers RV Park: The views are superb from the riverfront sites with a nice green area along the area for all to enjoy. The other facilities are mediocre. Price for waterfront paved site was $40 with discount. Receptionist seemed a bit difficult to work with. This place has tons of potential but isn't there yet.
