For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Overall leaves a lot to be desired... The spots were extremely close together, which made getting in and out extremely difficult. Everyone would park their trucks in front of their trailers/RVs because there was no where else to put them which meant the road ways in the campground (parking lot) were half way blocked.
There was a 5’x5’ pile of kitty litter near the entrance for our dog to use, not really any grass or anything remotely resembling that. We had a reserved a spot with a 50 amp hook up but when we got there, we could only use the 30 amp. Apparently for every two spots there is only 1 electric hook up which includes one 50 amp and one 30 amp. So if your neighbor needs the 50 amp and got there before you, you have to use the 30. Now I will say the staff is very friendly and tries to be accommodating which is why I gave two stars instead of one. Their guys helped me back in our trailer because they know how tight everything is.
If you want to be very close to highway 24 and Manitou Springs, have a small rig and don’t mind reaching out from your window and touching your neighbor, this is the place for you. We need more room than that and wouldn’t mind driving an extra 10min.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: The park is clean and the people are friendly, but the sites are incredibly tight. There is no room to park your vehicle. Our water connection was on the opposite side as the electrical and sewer, and the pipe was broken. We connected to a spigot two sites over, with our hose behind our neighbors rig.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Small park, reasonably level gravel sites, lots of trees and a creek that runs down the street side of the park. It's very quiet at night except for occasional motorcycle. Nice people very accommodating on the phone and at check in. They don't like late check ins though due to size of the park. We didn't think the sights were small but the approach when parking can be a little tight. All back in spots. 1 lane bridge over the creek to get in and the office is front and center after you cross the bridge. Our rig plus toad meant we blocked the bridge when we pulled in but a little maneuvering solved that and had to drop the toad before parking anyway. We'd come back. The location is very hard to beat for many sights/parks.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Very friendly and helpful. Level gravel sites. Clean bathroom and laundry. The front desk had lots of information and advice about the area. Two men helped me back in and set up. Shaded from street . Trees in sites. Sites are close, but is very quiet at night. Park only allows daily and weekly reservations. Trail and shuttle bus stop at park. Would definitely stay again.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: We stopped here to see if any availability... Looked full & very tight spaces. So we parked for a minute to check our phones for any other nearby parks when the "owner" came over & asked if he could help us. We stated the above & he demanded we go to the city park to use our phones & why would we be on his property. Rudest person we have encountered in all our travels! Would never consider staying here! Husband was so upset he accidentally drove over orange cones trying to get out of there quickly. That man was surely not a Christian ?

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Great place! Owners met us and helped us back into space and hook up. Sites and roads are gravel but fairly level. Utilities good but no wifi or Canle. Some air channels. We got lots of visitor info from front desk. Staff is very friendly and helpful and seem enjoy what they do. Bathrooms were clean and laundry prices very reasonable. There's a free shuttle stop to Historic Manitou right outside the RV paper and a great BBQ joint that also has music in Fridays. The Park sits next to a creek and a city park and has a trail that leads to the Garden of Gods Trading Post. There are other restaurants that are easy to walk to as well.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Every stage of my stay was excellent; from Kathy taking my reservations in the office, to Bobby helping me back the trailer, and the owners Chris and Margie keeping everything running smoothly. They all made us feel like a part of their family. This is a small park with 53 spaces. Some reviews described these spaces as being tight, but I didn't think so. Big trees provided shade and privacy from the street. A small stream runs one side and a city park with path on the other. Clean is also a good description. Clean bathrooms and showers, clean grounds, clean packed gravel spaces with full hook ups. We had two young grandkids and the city park and pool was literally out the back gate that helped to keep them entertained.
The owners, staff, and small size of this RV park is what made this a great place. I WILL be back!
