For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Great campground. Owner met me as I drove up and knew my name. He assisted in getting me backed into my site and then proceeded to level the camper and hook up all the utilities. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a creek running right behind our camper. There is a hiking trail right next to the campground. Great for taking our dog on walks. We checked out a dvd from their extensive library. We picked up the free shuttle right outside the campground to get to the Cog Railroad to Pikes Peak (the original Rocky Mountain High). We were able to walk to the downtown area where there are all sorts of shops, restaurants, etc. The brewery downtown has an outdoor patio where dogs are welcome. My only suggestion... having WiFi would be nice. I would definitely recommend this campground and look forward to returning.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Really liked this RV Park. Small & the sites are close but it didn't feel cramped. The staff are wonderful & helpful. Free lending DVD & book library is available. Laundry is clean & nice. Did not use the bathrooms or showers (as I have an RV). Free shuttle service around town with a stop in front of the RV Park. Great Italian restaurant across the street, small BBQ place next door & a breakfast place within walking distance. Open April to October. Would stay here again.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Really love this small campground. Free bus service all the way through town and up to the Cog Rail station. Staff is excellent. Some nice hiking trails near the river. Will stay there again. We were there Memorial Day weekend, 2016.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: A great little campground practically in "downtown" Manitou Springs. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Absolutely great!! Owners and hosts are top notch. Owner Chris is fantastic and remembered my name all through the stay. Super accommodating and the facilities are clean. Very safe park and it's close to all manner of things via walk or short drive. Only bummer is no wifi, but I had a fantastic t mobile signal for tethering. If you can get a spot here, do it!

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: No cable TV or Wi-Fi BUT these guys are great! They are glad to see you, help you park and hook up (no kidding), answer all your questions and make sure you are settled in. Location is near town - walkable or free shuttle, shuttle connected to Pike's Peak Railway, and just 5 minutes from Garden of The Gods.

For Pikes Peak RV Park and Campgrounds: Located 1 mile from downtown Manitou Springs along a bike path and stream. Chris and Margie, the owners are awesome people. All staff are wonderful. Sites are tight but worth it.
