For Fredericksburg RV Park: The office staff, showers, and laundry were great. The sites were narrow but we didn’t hang out in the campground. We were parked on the right side of the park which is next to an industrial site with generators and trucks late evening and early in the morning. The second night we ran our air conditioning on fan to block out the noise. We were close enough to ride our bikes into town. We would stay here again.

For Fredericksburg RV Park: Stayed one night. Overall very nice RV Park. Site was a bit narrow but long enough for RV and tow car. Site was Level and had larger size gravel so didn’t track into RV. Bathhouse was clean and updated. Nice laundry room. Internet and cable TV worked fine. Had ice machine with free ice. RV Park is located in town of Fredericksburg so very convenient. Will absolutely stay here again on future visits to Fredericksburg.

For Fredericksburg RV Park: Super park wide level spaces. Everything worked. Is now one of my favorite places to stay.
Plenty of room between sites. Great folks at the office. Restrooms are some of the best I’ve ever seen. Six Individual showers, toilet, sink with lockable doors great for privacy. Laundry good also.
Highly recommended.

For Fredericksburg RV Park: Stayed in Aug and grass was never watered. VERY very long walk to trash if yr at the back, about 1/4 mile. Sites are tight. There is a dog run but is inconvenient to get to especially when it's hot and the pavement is HOT for the paws! I give it a 3 star as it was clean and well maintained.

For Fredericksburg RV Park: Just had our new camp chair stolen last night from right outside our door. Apparantly someone else had a bike stolen (ours was locked up). Mgmt just said to file a police report. This park is way overpriced for what it offers and is the only campground we have ever had anything stolen from. I know it's not the mgmts fault, but a little empathy would be nice.

For Fredericksburg RV Park: We stayed here late Oct with a group of 20 MH's - the same weekend as the Food and Wine Festival, so the park was full. The park is convenient to town, and if you are up for a nice walk, it's a mile or a bit more to Main Street. We didn't want to unhook, so walked to the festival. There is a trolly/shuttle that came in and out of the park, but don't know if that is only during festivals and such.
Our end site (#12) was near perfect level, so we didn't need leveling blocks. A few other guests used leveling blocks, but only 1 or 2 layers. The parking surfaces are well groomed decomposed granite. I watched a staff member sweep off the concrete pad and electric box (cobwebs?) and groom the site after our neighbor pulled out. The bathhouse has private bathrooms, each one with its own toilet, shower and sink. Everything was super clean. There is a rec room in the same building, which had live music one night (not too loud). There is a wonderful clubhouse, which our group rented for a reasonable fee, for our gatherings.
The paved streets are easy to navigate and big rig friendly. Our MH is 25' long, but our site was long enough that if we'd brought a toad, we wouldn't have had to unhook. Sites are fairly close together, but not cramped. All have FHU & cable TV. WiFi is available (we didn't use it). There is a picnic table on a concrete pad with grass on either end. No fire rings and no pool. Many sites have trees, so some sites would not be satellite friendly, but ours was. I'd ask if that is important to you.
I see remarks about full-timers: they seemed to be together at one end and frankly, I didn't have any issue with them. It's nice & quiet, dark at night and everyone seemed clearly takes pride in their space and rig. There is a fenced dog run, which we utilized. Only issue we had was the stickers/burrs (not so much in dog run). Our dogs fur is a magnet for such things and we found out the hard way not to walk them in the grass. My dog stopped in his tracks and when I checked his paws, they were loaded with needle sharp stickers. The manager said they do what they can to kill them, but they blow in from the lot next door. They were all over the area, even worse outside the park. Other than that, the place is immaculate and we'd stay here again.
