After the bailey bridge over the Lake Koocanusa, take the second road to the left (west). Follow the Caven Creek FSR 32.5 km where the road forks. Take the right fork until the 38 km road marker. Turn right onto the Fish Lake FSR. The road forks within the first 1 km - take the left fork. It forks again in approximately 500 m - take the access road to the left. The site is 500 m along a rough secondary road
